Helping basketball athletes move better, stay healthy, and perform at their highest level.

What we do

At Basketball Movement Lab, we focus on the missing link in most basketball training: movement quality.

We help athletes move better, reduce injury risk, and build the physical foundation they need to perform and develop — this season and beyond.

How we are different

What we ARE:

✅ Movement-based training for real-game demands

✅ Science-backed injury prevention

✅ Long-term athletic development

What We Are NOT:

❌ A vertical jump training program

❌ Basketball skills coaching

❌ Generic performance workouts

At Basketball Movement Lab, we support your efforts to jump higher, build on-court skills, and gain athleticism. Those are key parts of player development — and we recommend athletes keep working with coaches or trainers.

But without a solid physical foundation, even great training can lead to breakdowns instead of breakthroughs.

We’ve seen hard-working athletes push through poor movement patterns; eventually leading to pain, overuse injuries, and missed opportunities.

Our role is different: we help the body move better, emphasize long-term development, and help you stay healthy — so athletes can get the most out of everything else they're doing.

Why I built Basketball movement lab

I’ve been where your athlete is — working hard to improve, pushing through pain, and just trying to stay in the game.

After four years of college basketball and years studying human movement, I created Basketball Movement Lab to help athletes move better, avoid injury, and build the physical foundation they need for both short-term success and long-term development.
