As a former college basketball player turned sports chiropractor and strength coach, I know what it’s like to chase performance while dealing with nagging injuries, pain, and movement limitations. That experience is why I created Basketball Movement Lab — to help athletes build strong, resilient bodies that can handle the demands of the game.
