You coach to win.
We help Basketball players stay available to win.
Helping basketball coaches and trainers reduce injuries by improving how athletes move, absorb force, and handle the demands of the game.
“We could have gone further in the playoffs if our guys stayed healthy”
Injuries derail seasons—and they rarely come at a convenient time. We understand the frustration basketball coaches and trainers feel when injuries disrupt development, rotations, and momentum.
Games are lost when key players are unavailable.
Athletes miss training time due to pain, tightness, or recurring issues.
Player development stalls when fear of re-injury limits participation, intensity, and confidence.
Our process is simple and thoughtful.
We work alongside basketball coaches and trainers by addressing the physical side of the game—movement quality, injury risk, and long-term durability—so athletes can train, compete, and develop consistently.
❌ What Basketball Movement Lab is not:
We are not training on-court basketball skills (shooting, dribbling, or play execution)
We are not coaching X’s and O’s
We are not here to tell you how to do your job
✅ What Basketball Movement Lab does help with:
Helping athletes stay healthy through better movement, preparation, and recovery
Educating coaches and trainers to spot issues before preventable injuries occur
Preparing players’ bodies to handle the physical demands of basketball across a full season
Patterns Basketball Coaches Rarely Get to See
Most basketball injuries don’t just “happen.”
They usually follow patterns—patterns that are hard to catch when your focus is on practice plans, game preparation, and X’s and O’s.
Working exclusively with basketball players, we consistently see:
• Similar movement limitations preceding common injuries
• The same breakdowns during cutting, landing, and deceleration
• The same warning signs showing up well before an athlete ever gets injured
These issues often go unnoticed because athletes can still play—until they can’t.
Our job is to catch what’s happening underneath the surface and help players build bodies that can tolerate the speed, volume, and physicality of basketball over an entire season.
When athletes move better, they hold up better.
And when they hold up better, coaches get consistency.

Why Basketball Movement Lab exists
As a former four-year college basketball player and former coach at the junior high and high school levels, I understand the game—and the real demands coaches and players face.
I’ve combined that experience with my background as a certified strength and conditioning specialist (NSCA) and doctor of chiropractic to create Basketball Movement Lab.
Basketball Movement Lab exists for two core reasons:
To help the people we interact with in the sport of basketball grow—on and off the court—through a relationship with Jesus Christ.
To help basketball players stay on the court and continue improving over time.
We don’t chase trends.
We study patterns, stress points, and what actually holds players up over time.
That’s the lens we bring when working with coaches and their athletes.
