Why Hoopers Need a High VO₂ Max 🏀💨

A high VO₂ max = more energy every possession. When your aerobic system is strong, you recover faster between plays, stay sharp in the 4th quarter, and make the game feel easier — even when it’s intense.

The higher your VO₂ max, the less tired you feel, and the more dominant you look. Train your engine, and the game slows down for you.
